Food and wine lovers always appreciate extraordinary dining experiences and wine and food pairings - once a year, we have the opportunity to add great cinema into the mix.
We are happy to announce the unique opportunity to present life as art: Today’s Special is the story of a talented chef in New York City who connected with his Indian roots and brought a restaurant to life.
The star of this year’s Cinematic Feast is Vijay Sadhu, a talented chef in the Dallas area, who has brought his Indian roots to the forefront with the creation and recent opening of his own restaurant: Sutra. Chef Vijay will create a multi-course menu paired with medal-winning wines at Sutra, then we’ll stroll over to Angelika Film Center - Plano for a private screening of Today’s Special.
As the film reveals - "Trust Me" - it will be a very special evening.
