The perception of wine is subjective, as is the perception of music. Music has moods, and wine carries moods, too. After experiencing this seminar, exploring the theories of the effect of music on wine perception you will have no doubt that music really does alter the sensory properties of wine. As winemaker Clark Smith says, “Feel free to freak out.”

This unique seminar showcases "Riedel Vinum" line of crystal stemware. This course will take participants through a tasting of several different varietal wines using 4 Riedel Vinum glasses, each designed for a particular variety. The wines will then be tasted in a non-Riedel glass and comparisons made. This sensory tour will identify the aromatic and taste profiles of each wine in each glass, and participants will judge which they prefer. The results will astonish you! Each attendee gets to keep their set of 4 Vinum glasses (which retail for $116).
